There are two issues that always seem to be on the ballot for San Francisco voters: housing and the Great Highway.

November’s election is no different.

Proposition G would reopen the Upper Great Highway to car traffic on weekdays.

Prop C, meanwhile, is a City Charter amendment that would make changes to bulk up the city’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund.

The Chronicle editorial board made endorsements for both measures on Thursday.
