One of the greatest misconceptions about breakups is that they leave you broken. Injured. Clipped and defective. Your heart has shattered, and it’s going to take a lifetime to put it back together again.

Yes, it may feel that way. But the truth is, our hearts don’t break. They stretch. And this stretching of the heart is what creates a greater capacity to love.

Heartbreak is a natural part of life that can take various forms. We can experience heartbreak not just in romantic relationships but also in friendships, in our family dynamics, and through other personal connections.

When relationships end, we investigate and learn more about ourselves, our thinking and behavior, and where it all came from. This investigation helps us throw out old blueprints we may still be tracing and gives us an opportunity to reevaluate our beliefs and what we truly want for ourselves. This is why I........
