Do You Struggle With Making Decisions and Choice Overload?

Life is filled with all kinds of choices.

People are more likely to take action when there are fewer choices.

It can be helpful to limit your time and energy for selection or choose from fewer options.

Sometimes it’s hard to make decisions. How many different choices did you make at the grocery store or while shopping online? How did you choose to spend any unscheduled time last week? What kind of electronic devices do you choose to use?

Today’s world is filled with a multitude of choices about a myriad of things. And life’s choices invite us to a variety of emotions and possibilities, a range of actions and inactions.

From styles of clothing and shoes, to where we search on the internet or social media, to choices about what we eat, how we exercise, and what podcasts or cable shows we consume, choices abound.
