Ever since the launch of Resident Evil Requiem on Feb. 27, Leon-crazed fans have been wondering about the significance of the simple gold band he's briefly seen wearing on his left hand in the game's closing moments. The logical conclusion to draw is that Leon is married — but who's his lucky spouse? Leon never even mentions being coupled up at any point in the story.

Despite rampant online speculation, developer Capcom has yet to confirm the ring's significance. Requiem director Koshi Nakanishi didn't offer a straight answer regarding Leon's marital status in a recent conversation with Eurogamer, though he did make it clear that it holds........
