The housing crisis is now one of the most pressing issues that faces our country. Weekly, there are reports about rising rents, the high cost of homes, and the number of homeless people and those who cannot afford housing. Even though housing prices keep rising, more and more students, families, and employees have trouble affording proper accommodation.
