The housing crisis is now one of the most pressing issues that faces our country. Weekly, there are reports about rising rents, the high cost of homes, and the number of homeless people and those who cannot afford housing. Even though housing prices keep rising, more and more students, families, and employees have trouble affording proper accommodation. It needs to be addressed immediately because every person needs to have access to housing.

One of the most serious problems is the impact that it has on students and young employees. The majority of people are forced to share small apartments or to spend all of their salary on rent, thus they do not have enough money left for buying food, transport........
