What I am referring to is the dishonourable way all of our elected representatives and legally appointed judges have been responsible for these invalid and unjust rulings involving the Cape Breton Regional Municipality constitutional challenge of the federal equalization transfers being pursuant to the enshrined section 36 of the Constitution Act, 1982.
