There is power in numbers. Local service clubs are proving this point as they come together in support of the new Campbellford Hospital with their Together4care Raffle.

The new hospital in Campbellford is no longer on the distant horizon, construction is now in the foreseeable future and progress toward this goal is being made daily. A group of Lions clubs from the facilities’ catchment area have decided to get together and see what they can do collectively to support the new hospital.

The Lions want to ensure the new hospital has the best equipment possible to guarantee it is a best-in-class rural health care facility. Lions Clubs from Norwood, Havelock, Marmora Crowe Valley, Stirling and Campbellford have joined forces alongside the Belmont Women’s Institute to launch a raffle with a major grand prize of a Ram Big Horn Truck and Gulfstream Ameri-Lite 240RK Camping Trailer.

There will also be a number of early bird draws bringing the overall prize value to over $160,000. This promises to be an exceptional fundraiser for the Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation, the organization tasked with raising the funds needed for the new facility.

Tickets start at $25 and are being sold online across Ontario to broaden the reach of not just the raffle, but also to showcase the new hospital to those far and wide. Ticket sales are open until Dec. 30, 2026, with the grand prize draw taking place at the Marmora Crowe Valley New Year’s Eve Party on Dec. 31 at 9........
