Kyle Little had been due to be sentenced last month after he previously admitted three breaches of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).

But Little, of Dane Close, Newtown, Thetford, did not appear at Norwich Crown Court for his sentencing hearing which heard he "didn't have enough money for the bus fare."

A warrant was issued for his arrest and Little was given an eight-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months on July 17.
