The water had caused the electrics at Great Yarmouth's Wellesley Park Hotel to trip and was dripping in to the breakfast room.

Staff used a master key to enter the room above and found the body of David Wynn in its ensuite bathroom.

His inquest, held at Norfolk Coroner's Court this week, heard his medical cause of death was mixed drug toxicity and blood loss from an ulcerated ruptured vein.
