Margaret Oakes, the grieving mum of Raymond James Quigley, who was murdered at the age of 18, has stressed how vital bleed kits can be in saving a life.

Mr Quigley, known by his family as James, was stabbed to death in Westgate Street in Ipswich, Suffolk, on January 17, 2023.
