Racket Hub recently withdrew plans to convert the Swanton Recycling Centre, in Mile Cross.

Owner, Tom Bool, lamented the decision to withdraw plans after claiming the money needed to convert the site and satisfy all planning conditions was too costly.

Tom said: "Given the length and terms of the lease, the project at that venue has been considered non-viable and had to be withdrawn.

"Sadly the costs for conversion of the building, and satisfying all of the planning conditions, took the project........
