But now Leon Mallett appears to be pursuing a rather racier new career in the entertainment industry, as a porn star rather than a pop star.

The 30-year-old from Lingwood, who featured on The X-Factor, has been publishing distinctly X-rated videos of himself online.

He and a female partner have been filming themselves engaging in explicit sex acts and then sharing the clips on social media.

Mr Mallett, who performed on The X Factor in 2017, has declined to comment on his new venture.

He is continuing with his singing career and is a regular performer at venues around Norfolk.

Last year, he created a parody cover version of Estelle's American Boy called East Anglian Boy, which referenced familiar sites around Norfolk, such as Carrow Road, Great Yarmouth's Golden Mile and Prince of Wales Road in Norwich.
