Mark Ellis is pledging to showcase more small businesses at the Norfolk Food Hall's 3,500sqft farm shop and may look to expand the site if demand continues to grow.

The food hall, at the Norfolk Showground, has an in-house butcher, a deli counter and sells a range of fresh food, including sweet and savoury baked goods.

He said: "The site has the potential to expand, and we have the space to do if the demand continues to increase.

"Over the last year, I have introduced 80 new suppliers across the whole product range at the shop.

"This includes our selection of fresh food, wine, gin, bread, cakes and sauces.
