Man's health takes a toll after years of 'constant' noise from neighbours
Thomas Corney says Broadland District Council "do not care" he has endured a "constant racket" for the last two years from the property next to his home in Laundry Lane.
Mr Corney, who has ME, a chronic condition that causes extreme tiredness, says the sound from his neighbours' home has left him bed-bound for days on end.
The 32-year-old, who rents the three-bedroom flat in Thorpe St Andrew for £1,000 a month, says the problem has "escalated" in recent weeks.
He said: "The last few months have been particularly bad.
"I complained to the council at the beginning of April because my health had seriously deteriorated.
"I've had many sleepless nights.
"If I don't get enough sleep with my condition, my symptoms flare up.
