Emma Hawes says Norwich City Council is dragging their heels in investigating why sinkholes and "massive cracks" have plagued her property for 10 years.

Builders bulldozed a wall in her back garden nine months ago and put cameras down the drains multiple times to try and pinpoint what is causing the problem.
