Ike Butcher, inspired by his mum's love of cooking, has been passionately baking dozens of cakes every weekend to sell from his home in Thunder Lane, Thorpe St Andrew.

The youngster, currently studying at school, spent nearly a month building a bake shed with the help of his dad.

Ike said: “Every Saturday, I bake 40 or 50 cakes.

“My mum makes amazing birthday cakes, and she has taught me lots.

“I built the shed with my dad.
