Contractors began work on the site located on Griffin Lane in Thorpe St Andrew last week and are expected to have completed by spring in 2028.

Norfolk County Council is spending £4.4m on the scheme, which forms part of its wider Independent Living Initiative, which involves several similar schemes where homes have been built so people can remain independent.
