The alleged offences took place between August 2023 and May 2025 and involve Afghan nationals who are refugees.

The charges relate to two victims, both in their early to mid-teens at the time.

The men are due to appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court today.

The arrests followed an operation on Wednesday, with officers raiding six addresses in Norwich and one in Dumbarton, Scotland.
