Rudy Maor and Louise Chappell-Maor, co-founders of BeanTastic Hummus, say their nutrient-dense dip is high in protein and fibre, with no artificial preservatives.

The couple, who are scientists at Norwich Research Park, are also developing a "super hummus" to help women suffering from menopause symptoms.
