Sanctuary Graduates, based in offices on Rose Lane, has been named Best DE&I Enabler at the IHR Recruitment Awards, recognising its work supporting employers to improve diversity, accessibility and inclusion in early careers recruitment.

The award was collected by team members Mollie White, Maisie Southon and Jessie Harrow.
