New initiative launched to support local business owners with succession planning
The Three‑Year Runway for a Premium Exit programme has been launched by Norwich financial planning firm Chadwicks and Norwich Business School’s Executive Education in a bid to strengthen long‑term economic resilience across the region.
They say East Anglia is entering a period of "unprecedented leadership turnover", with a high concentration of owner‑managers aged over 55.
