Fosters Solicitors, headquartered in Norwich, has announced that Iain McClay has retired as an equity partner and board member after a career spanning nearly 34 years with the firm, including almost three decades as a partner.

Despite stepping down from these senior leadership positions, Mr McClay will continue at the firm as its head of family and mediation, and as a consultant.
