US founder receives abusive message from Indian techies on LinkedIn
Washington DC: A founder from the US shared a screenshot of an abusive message he received from an Indian techie. Later, the founder confirmed that the message was sent on behalf of another techie who failed to qualify for the 2025 GSoC (Google Summer of Code).
Lee Calcote first took to X to post the screenshot that featured an abusive message in Hindi. He called out the developer publicly, but treated the situation lightheartedly. “I give him: 4 out of 10 for creativity, 3 out of 10 for accuracy (I will die someday and I am ginger), 0 out of 10 for grammar, 0 out of 10 for effectiveness,” said Calcote.........
