New Delhi: A fantastic game at Villa Park eventually ended with both Aston Villa and Liverpool sharing the points. Aston Villa ended the first half by taking the lead with a late burst of activity. Initially, Liverpool emerged from a cagey affair in a fairly fortunate way. In the 29th minute of the game, Axel Disasi passed it to Garcia at right-back after Liverpool’s high press started to look much more threatening. Garcia then made the error of passing it to Diogo Jota who managed to steal the ball and play it to Salah. The Egyptian scored his 24th goal in the Premier League this season with the simplest finish as Jota drove on and squared it for him.

After Rashford’s left-wing free-kick was mishandled, the home team managed to keep the ball alive.........
