New Delhi: In a lighthearted turn of events, Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar slipped and fell from a bicycle during a World Environment Day event held near Vidhan Soudha. The incident occurred on Tuesday morning as part of a ride aimed at promoting environmental awareness and eco-friendly practices.

Shivakumar, who joined fellow ministers and officials in the green initiative, was pedalling around the Vidhan Soudha complex when he lost his balance near the Kengal Hanumanthaiah Gate. As he approached the steps, he tumbled off the bicycle and briefly fell to the ground.

Fortunately, the fall was minor and did not result in any injuries.
