New Delhi: US President Donald Trump on Thursday said that hostilities between Pakistan and India had been resolved, following his call for both nations to prioritise trade over conflict. Trump claimed that he told the leaders of India and Pakistan “let’s do trade instead of war”, adding that both Pakistan and India were happy with that.

He said this while addressing US troops at a base in Qatar during his tour to the Gulf region. Trump reiterated how he stopped the War between India and Pakistan. He added there were missiles of a different type and we got it settled. This is fourth time he has said that he brokered peace.
