New Delhi: As the Narendra Modi-led government completes 11 years in power, the Congress party has launched a blistering political offensive through a new campaign titled “Pol-Khol”, aimed at unveiling what it calls the “failures, false promises, and fabrications” of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
