New Delhi: The historic News9’s Indian Tigress and Tigresses football talent hunt has given the perfect wings to a lot of young boys and girls who aim to represent the country at the international level. The never-seen-before initiative by TV9 Network turned out to be a massive scouting drive which was carried out in different parts of the country to pick the most talented kids with an inclination towards football.

As soon as the remarkable initiative was announced, it attracted as many as 50,000 registrations out of which 10,000 were shortlisted. Out of the total shortlisted candidates, 7,000 boys were shortlisted while 3,000 girls also got an opportunity to showcase their talent. This was followed by a series of trials across different states in the country with Delhi, West Bengal, Karnataka among others........
