Battlefield 6 sells 6.5 million copies in 4 days, earns ₹30,000 crore worldwide

New Delhi: It looks like the Battlefield franchise has finally found its footing again. After years of mixed launches and frustrated fans, EA’s latest entry, Battlefield 6, has pulled off a major comeback. According to estimates from Alinea Analytics, the game has already sold more than 6.5 million copies since launch, generating over $350 million (₹30,450 crore) in revenue, most of it from PC players.

That’s a massive turnaround for the series, which stumbled with Battlefield 2042. Analyst Rhys Elliott from Alinea Analytics described the performance as “a frankly outrageous commercial debut,” putting it close to some of the biggest game launches of this generation.

The report points out that about 65% of all Battlefield 6 copies sold came from Steam, amounting to around 3.5 million units and $220 million (₹19,140 crore) in revenue. PlayStation 5 accounted for roughly 1.5 million copies, while Xbox Series players added........
