New Delhi: A 21-year-old Reddit user recently shared his frustrating experience of being rejected by a Japanese company because he was “too young” for the job.
Posting under the username @Affectionate_Law5796, the job seeker explained that he applied for a role at a Japanese company through LinkedIn. The hiring process involved multiple rounds, including a take-home test, a technical interview and an HR interview. Despite performing well and clearing the technical interview, things took an unexpected turn during the HR interview.
