Prayagraj administration has announced five key changes at Maha Kumbh fair site after massive stampede that killed at least 30 people on Wednesday morning during the Mauni Amawasiya snan. Over 60 people have also been injured in the incident. Among the restrictions include complete ban of vehicles in the Maha Kumbh zone.
