Bengaluru: Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM) has announced a planned power outage for Saturday, January 11, affecting multiple areas across the city. The outage is scheduled to occur between 10 am and 5 pm, lasting approximately seven hours. This interruption is due to emergency maintenance work by the Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL) at the 66/11 kV IISc substation located in the C6 sub-division of Malleshwaram.
