Mumbai: The Konkan Housing and Area Development Board (KHADB), which is part of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA), has started an online application system to sell 13,395 unsold flats across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). This will be done using a new website called ‘Book My Home’.

The ‘Book My Home’ portal and the online application process were launched on Wednesday by Sanjeev Jaiswal, who is the Vice President and CEO of MHADA. This new portal helps people who want to buy a home see and choose flats instantly under the ‘First Come, First Served’ (FCFS) system.
