New Delhi: Restrictions under Stage-3 of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) have been imposed again in Delhi NCR with immediate effect. The curbs were reinforced after the air quality index (AQI) in the region dipped again and remained in the ‘severe’ category for past couple of days.
