New Delhi: During the recent Honda Automotive Technology Workshop in Tokyo, the company revealed more details about its upcoming hybrid and electric vehicle platforms. Even as it moves towards full electrification, Honda says it still wants to keep the “joy of driving” alive in its future cars.

Honda’s next-generation EVs will include features like simulated gear shifts and artificial engine sounds. These will first appear in the production version of the Super-ONE prototype, which was showcased at the Japan Mobility Show 2025.
