New Delhi: India successfully defended against a coordinated series of attacks launched from Pakistan, averting a potential major escalation. The attacks, which began with drone incursions into Jammu and Kashmir and Rajasthan, quickly escalated to include missile strikes targeting multiple Indian military installations. According to official Indian defence sources, at least eight missiles were launched from Pakistan, aiming for locations including Satwari, Samba, RS Pura, and Arnia. India’s sophisticated air defence systems, including the S-400, successfully intercepted and neutralised all missiles.
