New Delhi: New Zealand has introduced major changes to its visa and employment policies in response to ongoing labour market shortages. Thereforms aim to make easy immigration processes and create more accessible pathways for both migrants and employers.
To address the labour shortfall, the government has reduced the work experience requirement for migrants from three to two years, making it easier for skilled workers to meet job criteria. The adjustment is expected to particularly benefit Indian workers seeking employment opportunities in New Zealand, NDTV reported.
