New Delhi: Three terrorists were killed on Thursday in a gunfight with security forces in the Nadar Lorgam area of Tral in South Kashmir’s Awantipora. The encounter began after a joint team of security forces and local police launched a cordon and search operation based on specific intelligence input. As they approached the suspected hideout, the terrorists opened fire, leading to a fierce exchange.
