New Delhi: Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has justified the country’s claim of shooting down five Indian fighter jets, including Rafales, during Operation Sindoor by citing social media content. In an interview with CNN, Asif made the unusual remark when asked whether Pakistan had any concrete evidence to support the assertion.

“It is all on social media, and Indian social media, not our social media. The debris of the jets fell on their side. It is all over the Indian media,” he said when the interviewer pushed for proof.
