But throughout the movie, the vigilante (Arnie Hammer) in German filmmaker Uwe Boll’s Citizen Vigilante never wears a mask to hide his identity. In spite of that, with hundreds of closed-circuit cameras around, the police and Interpol fail to identify or stop him.
