Toxic manosphere guide ‘Why Women Deserve Less’ also leaves its readers with less… braincells

Nasty, misogynist influencer Myron Gaines reaches millions of impressionable young men with his “Fresh and Fit” podcast.

However, his most dedicated fans are treated to an even deeper dive into his anti-woman worldview via his self-published books: “Why Women Deserve Less” and the imaginatively titled 2026 follow-up “Why Women Deserve Even Less.”

So much for character development.

Mercifully, they’re only a flimsy 84 and 103 pages respectively. Inside they set out to help the reader avoid “wasting your resources on the unreciprocated romantic pursuit of women to the point it ruins your life.”

“The BIGGEST waste of time in a man’s life is women,” Gaines writes.

“Women have the insatiable desire for attention and will gladly dangle the prospect of sex in front of your face so they can suck away as much of your life as possible.”

This from a man who runs a podcast where women with an insatiable desire for attention dangle the prospect of sex in front of viewers, while he talks over them.

Frankly, the books are a ridiculous read, offering up advice like stop “being a girl’s emotional tampon,” whatever that means. But it’s an unfiltered peek into the ideology that feeds the fury of the manosphere and has earned Gaines millions of followers.

“Never forget that you are the one who is sane for simply wanting an obedient, pretty woman, and maybe some kids,” he writes. ‘It’s society that’s lost its mind to shame you for that.”
