What’s Behind Trump’s Plan to ‘Take Over’ Gaza?
Trump’s plan to take over Gaza has sparked outrage among the whole world. Just like his predecessor, Joe Biden, Trump has also proved to be a puppet of the Zionist lobby.
Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, was the first foreign leader invited by US President Donal Trump after his inauguration as the 47th President of the United States. After the meeting, in a joint press conference, Trump proposed that the US would take over Gaza and rebuild it. He further stated that he will deploy the US military in Gaza if it is necessary. Before meeting with Netanyahu, he proposed to expel the Gazans to the neighboring countries, Egypt and Jordan. The two countries have categorically rejected the idea of displacing the native Palestinians from their homeland.
Egypt and Jordan: Strategic Allies Under Pressure
Egypt and Jordan are amongst the closest US allies in the Middle East. Jordan also played a pivotal role in neutralizing Iranian missiles targeting the genocidal Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). King Abdullah 2 of Jordan has been termed a traitor by the Muslim population all around the world after he assisted Israel against Iran. It was due to him that a significant amount of the Iranian missiles did not reach Israel. Egypt also played a controversial role during the 15-month-long war between Israel and Hamas.
