The IDF earlier said it had destroyed a command center of the Islamic Republic in Tehran and published aerial footage of the strike. The Thar-Allah Headquarters is an IRGC command tasked with overseeing security in the Tehran area and reporting directly to the Guard’s top commander. Beyond its formal security role, the headquarters has played a central part in the suppression of popular protests in Iran.
