When I say I'm not a plant person, it's not that I don't like them, I just struggle to keep them alive.

But with the promise that adding this particular plant to my bedroom would give me a better night's sleep, I thought I'd give it a try.

Costing just £3 from IKEA, I was hardly splashing out, not that you can tell from the quality of it. And with a nice new plant pot from the Swedish retailer, I have to admit, it looks pretty nice.
