It’s no secret that California and Hawaii are desirable states to live in—and for good reason. However, according to a new report, to rent a two-bedroom home in either of these states, you’ll now need a six-figure salary.
For a two-bedroom home rental, residents in both of these states need to make roughly over $100,00 in order to fit within the guidelines of affordable living, which is considered spending less than 30 percent of your income on housing.
