Another State Approves Ban on AI-Powered Surveillance Pricing

New Jersey is now the third state to prohibit the controversial practice of using consumer data—including income and browsing history—to tailor grocery prices for individual shoppers in real time. At least 20 other states are weighing similar legislation.
