If you’re like most people, you probably feel sure you don’t get enough sleep; more than half the respondents to this Gallup poll said they get less sleep than they need.
And that’s a problem. A study published in Sleep says if you only sleep for five to six hours you’re 19 percent less productive than people who regularly sleep for seven to eight hours.
