Now that we’re spending more time outdoors thanks to glorious sunshine and it being bank holiday season, more people will be repeatedly applying sunscreen throughout the day.
Perhaps surprisingly, we should actually be applying sunscreen to our bodies every two hours, and this definitely includes our faces, necks and hands. This is the best way to ensure protection against UV rays and keep us safe while sunning ourselves.
