Julian McMahon, best known for his roles in the TV shows Nip/Tuck and Charmed, has died following a private battle with cancer. He was 56.

The Australian-American star’s wife, Kelly McMahon, confirmed his death in a statement to Deadline. Kelly told the outlet on Friday that Julian had died peacefully in Clearwater, Florida on 2 July.
