Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (Republican, Georgia) accused President Donald Trump of pulling a “bait and switch” on his MAGA base after ordering US airstrikes on Iran.

The far-right Republican, a long-standing Trump ally, has split with the president over his decision to side with Israel and attack Iran this weekend, and has repeatedly expressed her dismay about the decision.

In her latest blast at the president Monday, Greene outlined on X how Trump has retreated from “key promises.”
